Founder Daniel P. Joyce has embodied the spirit of Reprise Properties long before its inception. Dan learned real estate on an academic level as well as in the trenches. In 2003, Dan Joyce earned his MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investments at DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. While working through his studies, Dan worked in property management on commercial buildings at CB Richard Ellis and later, the Trammell Crow Company. His portfolios have included retail, class A office, and industrial buildings.
